Michelle is a great. She is always prompt and pleasant. She listens to what I want to be done whether a style change or different color, and then she will make suggestions as to whether or not she thinks it will be good for me. I always come out liking what Michelle does. It is just a pleasant experience going to John Anthony. Nancy the receptionist and Rachel are also very wonderful. One other thing is the salon is very updated and very clean. I would certainly recommend it.
No real negatives, I mean I wish the price was not as high (although they are right on target for the area), but it is worth it because of the great service they provide.

Hi. I am Barbara Siegmann and have been a client for almost two years. Upon my first visit Nancy, the receptionist, thought Irene would be the perfect stylist for me. How right she was! Not only does she cut, color, and blow-dry with great skill, Irene is a real sweetheart! Also, can't thank Raquel enough for her TLC. This salon has a very pleasant atmosphere and is very well-managed. So glad I decided to become a regular client at John Anthony!

The support staff; receptionist & assistants, are super friendly and approachable. The salon has a great atmosphere as well as knowledgeable & talented stylists.
The only negative that I can think of is that the cost of the services has been rising over the past few years, however I think this would be the case at any quality salon in the area.
