John's been doing my hair for years! He's caring and consistent and works with me on style and cut. Shop is always pleasant. I do tease him that the only reason I come there is for Rachel, the guru with her shampoo massages! Also, John is Hot....I'm old but not dead....he's still Hot!

From the receptionist, Nancy, to Michele, my hair color specialist, I have been treated professionally and respectfully in addition to having exceptional service at every aspect of my visit.
Once, when I had a minor complaint about service, John took immediate steps to rectify my "picky" problem and graciously met my needs with care and concern.
