Walking into this salon for the first time was a positive experience and it only got better from there. I was greeted in a friendly manner and waited a minimal amount of time. John fully explained his suggestions for my hair after listening to what I had to say regarding what I would like to have done. Jayne who shampooed my hair was friendly and was ready to shampoo as soon as she heard the timer letting her know my color was done. Regarding a review I read before making an appointment at this salon about Nancy leaving clients on hold- I experienced no such thing. Not to minimize the other person leaving the review, but this was not my experience. In fact, she answered the phone right away and did put me on hold to take another call, but she came back shortly to finish up with my call. She was friendly, efficient and was the same another time I called regarding price for services. Overall, I would recommend this salon to others.
I cannot think of anything negative except to say it is far from my home. Although it is a fairly direct route, there is a chance that it will not be convenient to stay with this salon. Other than that, there is nothing negative to add to this review.
